Each child has a 'Key-Person' who is responsible for their initial settling-in period, this allows time for the practitioner and child to bond. The child's key-person will be responsible for keeping a development record and for writing up their daily/weekly reports.
Please note that although the key-person is responsible for your child they do not have sole control of them all day and sometimes they may not be the one relaying feedback at the end of each day.
